Entry & Buy-In
• Entry Fee: $20 per player
• Starting Chips (Qualifying Rounds): $1,000 in tournament chips
• Starting Chips (Final Round): $2,000 in tournament chips
Golden Tickets
• A Golden Ticket may be used in place of the $20 entry fee for one free entry.
• Additional Golden Tickets must be redeemed at the time of entry and each will add $100 to the player’s starting chip stack.
• A maximum of 10 additional Golden Tickets may be used, allowing a player to start with up to $2,000 in chips in the qualifying round.
Tournament Format
🔹 Qualifying Rounds
• Each player must play each hand up to 10 hands of Blackjack.
• Objective: Accumulate the highest chip total by the end of 10 hands.
• Players are seated in general order; no Dealer Button is used.
• Players may place their wagers freely before each hand is dealt.
• Scores are recorded and tracked on a Leaderboard.
• Multiple groups may play sequentially. Each group competes to enter the Top 7 scores on the leaderboard.
🔹 Final Round
• The Top 7 players from the qualifying rounds advance to the Final Round.
• All finalists start with $2,000 in chips.
• Each finalist plays 21 hands.
• A Dealer Button is introduced:
o Indicates who places the first bet.
o Betting proceeds clockwise from the button.
o After each hand, the Dealer Button rotates one seat clockwise.
o Cards are dealt starting from the player with the Dealer Button.
• Final scores determine the tournament winner and rankings.
Gameplay Rules
• Standard Blackjack rules apply with the following modifications:
o Blackjack pays 2:1
o No insurance or even money options
o Splits and double downs allowed as per house rules
• Minimum bet: $25
• No maximum bet limit
• No rebuys or chip add-ons.
• Players must place bets before cards are dealt.
• If a player runs out of chips before all hands are completed, their score is recorded as zero.
Scoring & Leaderboard
• Chip totals after 21 hands determine each player’s score.
• Leaderboard is updated after each group finishes.
• Only the Top 7 scores qualify for the Final Round.
• In case of a tie for 7th place, a 4-hand playoff will determine who advances.
Conduct & Fair Play
• All decisions by the tournament director are final.
• Players must act in turn and respect betting order.
• Collusion, cheating, or disruptive behavior will result in disqualification.
• The tournament director reserves the right to adjust rules for fairness or logistical reasons.
