The chance of being selected for Best Buy Gift Card is dependent on the number of ballots entered in the promotional period.
In the event a selected contestant does not meet eligibility requirements, or is currently in the SE program, or banned from the facility, ACE Casinos has no obligation to award any prize to that contestant.
ACE Casinos’ decisions and prize allocations are final, binding, and conclusive.
No prize substitutions or equivalent cash payments will be made, except at the sole discretion of ACE Casinos.
