Slot Hand Pays

2. Eligibility
- Open to all guests seated anywhere on the gaming floor or in the restaurant at the time of each Hot Seat draw.
- Ballot draw is open to all guests who receive ballots through approved earning methods.
- No purchase necessary to participate.
- Guests must be 18+ with valid government‑issued photo ID.
- Employees of Ace Casino Red Deer and their immediate household members are not eligible.
- Guests must be present in the casino at the time of any Hot Seat or ballot draw to win.
3. How to Participate
Hot Seat Draws
- Guests must be seated in a designated eligible area (gaming floor or restaurant) at the time a Hot Seat winner is selected.
- A random seat, table, or machine number will be chosen using the casino’s approved selection method.
- If the selected seat is unoccupied, staff will move sequentially to the next seat until an eligible guest is found.
- If the selected guest declines or cannot be verified, the next seat in sequence will be selected.
Ballot Draws
- Guests earn ballots throughout July via approved earning criteria mentioned 1.B.
- Ballots must be deposited into the designated ballot drum before the cutoff time 6:00 PM on July 25.
- One ballot will be drawn for the BBQ Grand Prize and one for the $500 consolation TITO.
Weekly Early Bird Draws
- All ballots accumulated up to each weekly cutoff 5:59 PM will be eligible.
- One winner will be drawn on each of the three Early Bird dates at 6:00PM.
4. Prize Details
Hot Seat Prizes
- Each confirmed Hot Seat winner receives a $50 TITO.
- All prizes are instant‑win and non‑transferable.
Ballot Draw Prizes
- Grand Prize: High‑end BBQ valued at approx. $1,300–$1,500.
- Consolation Prize: $500 TITO.
- Weekly Early Bird Prizes: Three (3) × $200 TITO.
5. General Rules
- Winners must present valid ID to claim their prize.
- All decisions made by Ace Casino Red Deer management are final and binding.
- Ace Casino Red Deer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time for any reason, including technical issues or circumstances beyond its control.
- By participating, guests agree to have their name and/or photo used for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- Ace Casino Red Deer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged prizes once issued.
- Prizes have no cash value beyond the stated amount and cannot be exchanged or substituted.
