Snowball progressive jackpot

Prize: 4 hot seat draws ( 1:00pm | 3:00pm | 7:00pm | 9:00pm )

Prizing:

  • Four (4) draws daily, each draw worth $50 plus any rollover from unclaimed draws.
  • Combined total: $200 a day for $4000 at the end of the promotion.

Rollovers of draws: If the random selected seat does not result in an eligible winner, the prize rolls over to the next draw.

Example: If the 3:00pm draw does not award $50, then the 7:00pm draw becomes $100, and so on.

The 9:00pm draw on the 31st MUST continue pulling until all accumulated prizing is awarded.

GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS

These official rules govern the promotion. By participating, all contestants agree to comply with and be bound by these official rules and regulations.

This promotion is sponsored by ACE Casinos and is open to any ACE Casinos patron who is 18 years of age or older, except employees of ACE Casinos.

The chance of being selected is dependent on the number of person(s) seated throughout each ACE Casinos property during the promotional period.

In the event a selected contestant does not meet eligibility requirements, or is currently in the SE program, or banned from the facility, ACE Casinos has no obligation to award any prize to that contestant.

To be declared a winner, each selected contestant must be present and seated in the winning section when announced.

Contestants are automatically qualified for hot seat draws by sitting at a Slot Machine, Table Game, or Dinning outlet at the time of the draw.

If no patron is confirmed as the winner, the prize rolls over to the next available draw. For example, if the 3:00pm draw does not award $50, then the 7:00pm draw becomes $100, and so on.
The 9:00pm draw on the 31st MUST continue pulling until all accumulated prizing is awarded.

ACE Casinos’ decisions and prize allocations are final, binding, and conclusive.

No prize substitutions or equivalent cash payments will be made, except at the sole discretion of ACE Casinos.

Participation in this promotion authorizes ACE Casinos to publish the claimant’s first name and/or photograph for marketing purposes without additional compensation.

To claim the prize, valid government-issued photo identification (acceptable to ACE Casinos) is required.

ACE Casinos is not responsible for commencing, continuing, or completing the promotion or awarding prizes in the event of circumstances beyond their control. ACE Casinos may alter or cancel the promotion without notice.
